At Compound Footwear, every product is made with intention. Many of our garments and footwear pieces are produced in limited runs or crafted by hand, which means shipping timelines differ from mass-produced goods.

Order Processing Time

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date of your order for dispatch.

Each item is created, finished, and quality-checked by hand before shipping to ensure it meets our standards. During peak periods, collaborations, or limited releases, processing times may extend slightly — we’ll always keep you informed.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom

  • Europe

  • International destinations (selected countries)

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by their local customs authority.

Compound Footwear does not cover, reimburse, or control these charges, and they are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout. Failure to pay applicable customs fees may result in delayed delivery or returned parcels, for which Compound Footwear is not responsible.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • UK: 1–3 working days

  • Europe: 3–7 working days

  • International: 7–14 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, local courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delays & Exceptions

Compound Footwear is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Courier disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information was provided at checkout

Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

Items purchased as pre-orders or part of limited edition drops will ship according to the timelines stated on the product page. These timelines may differ from standard orders.
